Air suspension dump valves allow an operator to quickly drop the air pressure of the air suspension. AIRman has worked with the largest suspension manufacturers to meet their highest standards. AIRman’s Trailer Air Suspension Dump Valves undergo many validation and performance tests to meet these challenges:

• Lifecycle: 350k –3M+ cycles depending on the application (min 10x worst case life)
• Temperature: -40C –180C –60 hour cycle
• Salt Spray: ASTM B-117-97 -5 -10 days
• Vibration:
  • Resonance frequency –1M cycles @ 5 Gs
  • Vibration Step –temp and cycle sweep up to 50 Gs
• Chemical Resistance
  • 48 hr. Methanol assembly soak followed by 300k cycle
  • Additional direct seal soak –1 week
• Sludge: 350k cycles impingement, water and diesel oil mix
• Dust: ISO 12013 Arizona road dust
